Barista

Position Summary

The Front of House Barista provides excellent customer service while preparing quality beverages and maintaining a clean, organized café. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every guest has a great experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
• Take orders and operate the POS system accurately.
• Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages to café standards.
• Serve pastries and light food items.
• Maintain cleanliness of the café, bar, and dining area.
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn different closing positions

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
