I am seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large, complex commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while serving as the primary field leader for project teams, trade partners, and clients.


Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects or large-scale projects valued at $15M+.
  • Lead daily field operations, trade partner coordination, site logistics, and project execution.
  • Monitor safety, quality, schedule performance, and contract compliance.
  • Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules and support overall project planning.
  • Lead project meetings, coordinate stakeholders, and communicate project status and risks.
  • Oversee quality control, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout.
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Mentor Superintendents and junior field staff while promoting accountability and teamwork.
  • Support budgeting efforts, labor productivity tracking, and change management.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and trade partners.


Qualifications

  • 10-15+ years of experience as a Commercial Interior Superintendent.
  • Proven success managing highly detailed corporate interior projects.
  • High-rise commercial tenant improvement experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, scheduling, MEP coordination, finishes, punch, and turnover.
  • Experience leading field teams and mentoring junior staff.
  • Ability to identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and project partners.
  • Ground-up construction and multi-state experience are a plus.
