Auto Mechanic

An Auto Mechanic specializes in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure their reliable and safe operation. Working independently, this role involves handling routine maintenance, complex diagnostics, and performance tuning using both manual and computerized tools. The position offers opportunities for advancement to a lead mechanic role within the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues
• Conduct engine repairs and tune-ups
• Service and repair brake systems
• Maintain and fix transmission components
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and wiring
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks
• Replace worn or damaged parts as needed
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and services

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in engine diagnostics
• Experience with brake system repair
• Skills in transmission maintenance
• Knowledge of electrical systems in vehicles

Preferred Qualifications
