Ridgeline Custom Services LLC is looking for an experienced Steel Fabrication & Erection Crew Leader to join our growing team. We are seeking a motivated leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, values safety, and leads by example.

Responsibilities

%CF; Lead and work alongside a steel fabrication and erection crew.

%CF; Perform weld-up and bolt-up steel construction.

%CF; Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management.

%CF; Identify job-site challenges and implement practical solutions.

%CF; Maintain productivity while ensuring quality workmanship.

%CF; Take initiative and keep projects moving efficiently.

%CF; Promote and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

%CF; Follow company safety policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

%CF; Experience in steel fabrication and structural steel erection.

%CF; Proficiency in weld-up and bolt-up construction.

%CF; Strong leadership and communication skills.

%CF; Dependable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work.

%CF; Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions in the field.

%CF; Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

%CF; Ability to work effectively as a hands-on member of the team.
