About the job
The Shipping Supervisor leads daily shipping operations by overseeing team performance,
coordinating logistics, and actively supporting hands-on shipping, packaging, and delivery
activities to ensure on-time, accurate customer shipments.
We're looking for someone who
%CF; Has 5+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
%CF; Has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor
environment
%CF; Demonstrates strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
%CF; Has experience with shipping software such as FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip
%CF; Is proficient using computer systems and inventory tracking software
%CF; Has experience operating an electric forklift and holds a valid forklift certification
%CF; Is able to read, follow, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
%CF; Possesses strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
%CF; Is comfortable working cross-functionally with production teams, drivers, and customers
%CF; Has a clean driving record and is willing to serve as a backup delivery driver when needed
%CF; Is detail-oriented and committed to quality, safety, and on-time delivery
%CF; Has experience handling high-value or fragile components (preferred)
%CF; Bilingual Spanish
What you'll do
%CF; Lead, train, mentor, and support the shipping and delivery team
%CF; Schedule daily workloads and monitor team performance to ensure on-time shipments
%CF; Coordinate daily delivery routes and shipping priorities
%CF; Serve as a hands-on leader by assisting with shipping, packaging, receiving, and deliveries
as needed
%CF; Process domestic and international shipments using FedEx, UPS, and other shipping
systems
%CF; Receive customer parts, verify documentation, and stage materials for production
%CF; Manage customer pickups and provide excellent service at the will-call counter
%CF; Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility
%CF; Review shipping documentation, bills of lading, and work orders for accuracy
%CF; Maintain packaging standards to protect high-value products during shipment
%CF; Monitor shipping supply inventory and coordinate replenishment as needed
%CF; Update and maintain standard operating procedures to support continuous improvement
%CF; Promote a safe, organized work environment and enforce PPE and safety requirements
Physical requirements
%CF; Must be able to lift up to 50lbs safely
%CF; Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the workday
%CF; Must be able to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
%CF; Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment
