Concrete Finisher/Foreman

The Concrete Foreman plays a crucial role in overseeing small teams of skilled workers specializing in residential concrete, conventional concrete projects, and masonry. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this position requires frequent travel between job sites to ensure projects progress safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. Our focus is on residential concrete and masonry projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate small teams (5 or fewer) on-site
• Enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
• Manage and maintain concrete equipment and tools
• Monitor project progress and quality to meet specifications
• Facilitate communication between the team and project management
• Travel frequently between sites to oversee multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in concrete construction
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Expertise in concrete finishing and masonry
• Strong knowledge of safety compliance standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management abilities
• Physical stamina to work in demanding environments
