Income Tax Preparer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tax Preparer to join our small firm.

Tax Preparer Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for 1040 tax returns
• Check documents for errors
• Perform other clerical duties as necessary

Tax Preparer Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate; bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is preferred
• Enrolled Agent or CPA is preferred but not required
• Bookkeeping experience
• Familiarity with Quickbooks software is preferred but not required
