Position Summary

• Direct and oversee daily warehouse and facility operations.
• Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and professional development for warehouse staff.

• Act as the primary liaison for client communications and engagement.
• Resolve operational challenges with professional expedience.

Professional Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of experience in warehouse management, with 3PL experience highly regarded.
• Comprehensive understanding of inventory control, logistics, and warehouse administration.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal competencies.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients, staff, vendors, and executive leadership.
• Strong aptitude for leadership, organizational structure, and analytical problem-solving.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and industrial safety requirements.
