Property Maintenance Manager

Property Maintenance Manager needed for private estate home in Miami Beach. Daily maintenance includes, property walk through, debris removal, plant watering, interior/exterior repairs. Property secured prior to end of shift report submission. Communicates directly with estate manager.

Starting Salary - $65K
Benefits: Holidays, 2wks paid vacation plus 5 sick days - Pay for performance end of year bonus

Full Time: Mon - Fri 8:30 - 5:30pm

Applicant must possess:
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish verbal and written
- Reliable form of transportation
- Valid Drivers License
- Able to pass a background check
- US citizen or valid work permit
- Ability to lift heavy items, climb ladders or maneuver in tight spaces
- Ability to work with a team (additional staff on property)
