Landscape Crew Member

We are looking for Landscape Team members to join our maintenance and construction crews. We are a landscape maintenance and construction company based in Northborough, MA. We have a fun and friendly atmosphere and work with great team members. We are a team based and goal oriented company that provides high quality workmanship and finish products. Ideal candidate will be on the path to leadership roles within a year of hire date.

Pay Rate: $22-26 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Work with crew leaders to perform daily tasks and complete jobs in a timely manner
• Working 40-50 hours per week and potentially some Saturdays (We do not work Sunday)
• Using hand tools and power tools as well as small equipment to complete jobs
• Driving vehicles and trucks
• Driving with trailers
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and vehicles
• Operation of string trimmers, mowers, blowers, etc.

Candidates for landscape laborer positions will meet the following qualifications:

• Required 1 year of landscaping or maintenance in a commercial or residential setting with verification from a previous employer
• Availability to work 40-50 hours per week
• Ability to handle a physically demanding job
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to follow procedures and safety protocol
• Ability to lift over 50lbs
• Own transportation to and from the workplace
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to produce a driving record
• DOT Medical Card Required
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Ability to operate machinery or learn how to (mowers, trimmers, dump trucks, trailers, etc.)
• Pesticide and or hoisting license a plus but not necessary
