Job Title: 2nd shift Warehouse Supervisor

Shift: Sunday - Thursday 7PM - 4AM

Location: Secaucus, NJ

Salary: 50k - 55k

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of a medium-sized warehouse team, ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. This role requires a proactive leader who maintains safety compliance and optimizes workflow to support operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
• Supervise and support a team of 11-50 warehouse employees
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards
• Optimize workflow to improve efficiency and reduce delays
• Coordinate order fulfillment to meet customer demands

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Effective time management and communication abilities
