Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a high-energy Customer Experience Manager in Carrollton, TX to lead a team of customer service professionals supporting customers by phone and email. The ideal candidate will have previous call center leadership experience, preferably within the automotive, auto parts, HVAC, plumbing, or related distribution industries, along with strong skills in conflict resolution, time management, organization, and team leadership. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
