Previous work experience in flooring is welcomed, but not required.
Earnings are based off of growth and can exceed listed pay.
Responsibilities of this job include:
- In-home estimating and design consulting
- Selling many types of flooring and accessories
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Coordinate the sale from the point of purchase to post installation
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory insights using CRM systems for analysis and reporting purposes
- Provide excellent and prompt customer service
