We’re looking for an experienced mechanic to join our client located in Addison, IL at a well-established, family-run facility known for honesty, efficiency, and a supportive work culture.
Position Highlights:
- Role: Automotive Diagnostic Mechanic (No diesel, no engine overhauls)
- Pay: $40/hour (book time)
- Guaranteed Hours: 38 book hours/week
- Shop: State-of-the-art facility with a team of 7 experienced techs
- Location: Addison, Illinois
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues across all major makes and models (foreign & domestic)
- Handle everything from check engine lights to drivability concerns—no diesel or major engine tear-downs
- Perform routine maintenance and mid-level repairs efficiently and accurately
- Work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment in a temperature controlled, state of the art auto shop.

Requirements include:
- 5–10 years of experience in an independent repair shop (dealership experience welcome but not required)
- Strong diagnostic skills and a solid understanding of modern vehicle systems
- Own your basic tools
- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
