We are seeking a Site Foreman to join our team! You will be responsible for the management of personnel and construction of related projects across metal framing, drywall installation, acoustical ceilings..

Responsibilities:

• Assign daily tasks for work to be performed
• Direct and lead the work of personnel
• Evaluate personnel and safety requirements
• Ensure deadlines and cost budgets are met
• Maintain required project documentation
• Be a working foreman that will be required to personally perform tasks as the project allows.

• Previous experience in the interior finish construction trade
• Strong project management skills
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities

We are an interior finish company whose work ranges from structural metal stud framing to interior buildouts, drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting. We are mainly a commercial company but do high end residential as well as industrial projects.
