Job Description
Mental Health Clinician Duties
Conduct consultations with all clients (children and parents) prior to scheduling sessions.
Ensure a quiet, supportive, clear, safe, and confidential space for in person sessions.
Provide direct individual or family counseling services to clients for 45 to 60 minutes.
Complete all initial treatment assessments forms and establish DSM V diagnosis for each client. Consult with Supervisor and update the diagnosis as needed.
Maintain timely and accurate progress notes.
Attend professional development opportunities provided by practice to improve service delivery and enhance the clinician’s skill set.
Licensure Requirements
LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW
Experience providing Play-based and Expressive Arts-based therapy preferred
