Staff Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate or early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in public accounting. You will work directly with experienced accountants and partners while assisting with tax preparation, bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, payroll, and client support.

• Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns under supervision
• Assist with bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance for business clients
• Prepare bank and account reconciliations
• Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting workpapers
• Process payroll and payroll tax filings
• Work with clients to obtain financial information and answer routine questions
• Organize client documentation and maintain electronic files
• Learn accounting software and tax applications used by the firm
• Assist with special projects as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or expected graduation within six months)
• CPA eligibility or intention to pursue CPA license preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
