This is a working lead position. Person is in charge of getting the material, equipment and labor needed to perform the task. Must be knowledgeable of general construction safety, and practices. Self motivated with little supervision. Will be meeting with clients. Proficient in keeping up with the time of the crew and daily reports. Need to know some about all types of trades. Job consist of all types of industrial projects. Pallet rack repair, concrete repair, welding, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, iron work, demolition, equipment installation, renovations and consulting are just of few jobs person will be overseeing.
