Experienced Landscaping Crew Leader

Established organic landscaping company seeking a skilled Crew Leader / Senior Crew Member with at least 2+ years of landscaping experience.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, work efficiently, and uphold high standards of professional, eco-conscious landscape care.

Starting at $25+/hour based on experience and leadership ability. Full-time, steady work.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading or assisting in managing a small landscaping crew
- Performing organic landscape services (pruning, mulching, planting, grading, soil improvement, etc.)
- Operating landscaping equipment safely and professionally
- Driving a Chevy 5500 dump truck with trailer (experience required)
- Maintaining clean and organized high-quality job sites

Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years landscaping experience
* Valid, clean driver’s license
* Experience driving a dump truck with trailer
* Authorized to work in the U.S.
* Strong knowledge of plant care (plant ID a plus)
* Reliable, professional, and able to work at a steady pace
