Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and adjustments
Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies
Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation
Assist with audits by providing the requested documentation and analysis
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP)
