We are a small, family-owned automobile dealership looking for an experienced, certified Automotive Technician / Team Lead to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide variety of vehicles.
• Lead and support the service team while maintaining a positive, productive work environment.
• Ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of safety, organization, and quality.
• Assist with workflow management and help train or mentor technicians when needed.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding repair needs and timelines.

Qualifications:

• ASE Certification (or equivalent certification) required.
• Proven experience as an automotive technician.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Leadership experience or the desire to lead a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
