Plumbing Estimator

Clearwater Plumbing is looking for an experienced Plumbing Estimator for small to mid-size commercial projects ($3K-$200K average).

The ideal candidate will have commercial plumbing experience, be familiar with plumbing codes, be able to read and interpret plans and specs, do takeoffs, prepare accurate cost estimates and provide competitive plumbing bids. Must be familiar with Trimble or similar estimating tools.

The estimator will also consult with project managers to ensure accuracy and visit job sites from time to time to assess conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

3 or more years commercial construction plumbing experience plus

3 or more years of plumbing estimating experience

Thorough understanding of construction documents and bid processes

Detail oriented with good communication skills, read and write English

Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record

EOE, DFW

Compensation commensurate with experience.
