About Us:
US Southern Construction is a well-established local construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects and services. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Procore Administrator to join our team and manage both our internal bookkeeping and client account administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Reconcile bank statements and process payroll.
Manage key client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and timely invoicing.
Assist with preparing financial reports and budgets.
Handle administrative duties, including filing, office management, and maintaining records.
Coordinate with external accountants for year-end reporting and audits.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, office administrator, and Procore in the construction industry.
Proficiency in Procore and QuickBooks (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing client accounts in a construction environment.
Knowledge of payroll systems and tax reporting.
