Warehouse Team Lead

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate material flow, inventory control, and on-time delivery of components to production. This role drives efficiency, organization, and accountability across receiving, storage, and material staging.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, staging, shipping)
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and project managers
• Manage inventory system transactions (ERP or WMS)
• Lead cycle counting and reconciliation processes
• Train and develop warehouse team members
• Monitor material flow to support panel build schedules
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
