Full/Part Time Barista

About Us: Bikes and Beans is where espresso meets adventure. We are a community-focused coffee shop inside a bike shop, serving locals and cyclists with precision and care.

The Role: We are hiring a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented barista. No coffee experience? No problem. We will train you in everything from dialing espresso to latte art. You just need the drive to learn, a cell phone, and reliable transportation.

What You Will Do:- Make espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and cold brew- Keep the cafe clean, stocked, and organized- Deliver friendly, professional customer service- Use the POS quickly and accurately- Support teammates and maintain smooth workflow

Requirements:- Cell phone and reliable transportation (required)- Ability to work weekends or early mornings- Positive attitude and willingness to learn- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
