East RoCk Coffee Job Duties:
%CF; Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
%CF; *Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
%CF; Maintain a clean and tidy work area
%CF; Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
%CF; Educates customers by presenting and explaining the origins of our coffee, foods, and
culture.
%CF; Sells coffees and coffee brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans
and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates.
%CF; Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation
techniques for coffee drinks, such as an espresso, latte, and cappuccino
%CF; Generates revenues by attracting and maintaining new customers; defining new and
expanded services and products.
%CF; Maintains inventories by replenishing and maintaining supplies such as milk, cups,
pastries, and cookies for the coffee bar.
%CF; Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting
breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for
repairs.
%CF; Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and
sanitation regulations
%CF; Enhances coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and
different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
