Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations for a growing organization in Dallas. The role oversees AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, financial reporting, and construction accounting functions, including job costing and project profitability analysis. The Controller will partner with leadership to improve reporting, develop KPIs, and provide financial insights that support business growth.
Requirements:
- Construction Industry experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of Accounting and Finance experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Benefits:
