Position: Baker & Customer Experience Team Member

Are you someone who loves working with people, enjoys being creative, and takes pride in quality? We’re looking for a reliable, positive, and detail-oriented team member to join our growing cookie shop!

This role is a mix of baking, decorating, and customer service — perfect for someone who enjoys both hands-on work and interacting with customers.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Bake fresh cookies following our recipes and quality standards
• Prepare and decorate custom cookie cakes (get creative!)
• Provide friendly, welcoming, and professional customer service
• Take and fulfill in-store, phone, and online orders (DoorDash, Uber Eats, ChowNow)
• Answer phone calls and assist customers with orders and questions
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
• Help monitor inventory and communicate when supplies are low

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Someone who is responsible, reliable, and punctual
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, especially with decorating and presentation
• Team player with good communication skills
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!
