Job Description: As a Mowing & Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll be responsible for delivering top-tier lawn care and bed maintenance services. You’ll be hands-on with mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and seasonal cleanup. We want someone experienced in maintaining plant health, managing beds, and operating mowing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate mowing equipment, including walk-behind and zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, and edgers
  • Perform routine property maintenance: mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and seasonal cleanups
  • Load, unload, and safely transport equipment between job sites
  • Follow daily route schedules and communicate any site issues to the crew lead
  • Perform basic equipment upkeep: blade checks, fuel and oil levels, cleaning after use
  • Spring and fall cleanups, leaf removal, and seasonal tasks.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE use around equipment
  • Maintaining job quality and following company safety standards.
  • Safe operation and basic care of commercial landscape equipment.

Experience & Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work full-time outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Willingness to learn landscape maintenance techniques and equipment.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

  • 1–2+ years of professional landscape maintenance experience.
  • Experience with mowing, bed care, and commercial equipment.
  • Bed maintenance including weeding, mulching, and general plant care.
  • Pruning shrubs and ornamental plants.
  • Basic plant care or pruning knowledge.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Hours & Compensation:

  • Full-time position, typically 40 hours per week (overtime eligible)
  • Start date - Immediately - flexible for the right candidate.
