Construction Manager Needed
This is a CONTRACT opportunity

This is an immediate need for 10-12 months. 50 hours/week is the base plan, but could be occasions for up to 60 hours, and occasionally as few as 40, but the 40 is generally during the 4-6 weeks, before the contractor mobilizes, and on holiday weeks

We have a small construction project in Buffalo, NY.

This is a pilot plan inside a chemical facility.

This is about a $30M project, and they want one person to do it all, as essentially a one man show, from planning, to writing scopes, to managing the contractor's performance.

They will add a safety person in the field, otherwise, its just the CM and contractor,

The client is insisting on someone local in the Buffalo area.

They will not budge on that requirement.
