Accountant Bookkeeper

The Bookkeeper Accountant plays a vital role within our team, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting tax preparation efforts. This position requires expertise in bookkeeping, coordinating with tax professionals, and utilizing key software systems like QuickBooks and Creative Solutions Accounting to ensure precise financial reporting. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
• Support tax preparation by organizing relevant documentation and reports
• Generate and analyze financial reports for internal review
• Enter financial data accurately into bookkeeping systems
• Collaborate with tax professionals as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with financial reporting and basic tax knowledge
