Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Full-Time | Part-Time | Contract Options Available

We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to help maintain and repair loaders, grinders, and other equipment.

We are a growing local business looking for someone who can help keep our equipment running safely and efficiently. We are open to different work arrangements, including full-time, part-time, or contract-based work, depending on the candidate’s availability and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service on loaders and other equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Repair and maintain equipment such as:
• • Wheel loaders
  • Grinders
  • Yard equipment
  • Trucks and trailers (preferred)
  • Other heavy machinery
• Complete repairs in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Experience working on heavy equipment or industrial machinery
• Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs independently
• Experience with hydraulic systems preferred
• Loader and grinder experience is a plus
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Compensation:

Pay will be based on experience, skill level, and type of employment arrangement.
