As a Bank Trainer, you will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that drive productivity, support employee growth, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Program Design & Material Maintenance: Develop, implement, and continuously update tailored training solutions, curriculum guides, and digital resources to align with business goals and close employee performance gaps.
Multimodal Facilitation: Lead engaging in-person and virtual training sessions utilizing diverse instructional methods-including workshops, group activities, and online modules-covering systems, procedures, and soft skills.
Logistics & Schedule Coordination: Manage annual training calendars and coordinate all operational logistics to ensure smooth classroom delivery and an optimal environment for knowledge transfer.
Reporting & Community Outreach: Track and report on employee training participation and progress, while supporting community outreach initiatives to promote financial education and build strategic partnerships.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum two years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
