Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Occasional Overtime)
Pay: $21.00 per hour (Opportunity for a $2+ raise upon permanent hire)
Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a physically demanding position in a non-climate-controlled warehouse that requires heavy lifting, constant movement, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Unload, inspect, and organize incoming products.
- Safely lift and move products weighing 50–75 lbs on a repetitive basis.
- Pull, stage, and load customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management and damage control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Provide outstanding customer service during customer pickups.
- Upon permanent hire, qualified employees may have the opportunity to:
- Make deliveries using a 26-foot box truck.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, if certified.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50–75 lbs throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to read and speak English (required for DOT compliance).
- Demonstrated history of steady employment.
Requirements for Permanent Employees
Candidates who are hired permanently and become eligible for driving duties must be able to successfully complete:
- DOT Physical
- Background Check
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review meeting company standards
