Teller - Member Support

What You’ll Do

As a Teller on our Member Support team, you’ll be the welcoming face of TCCU. Your responsibilities include:

• Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing
• Maintaining accuracy while balancing your cash drawer
• Providing friendly, efficient service to every member
• Educating members on credit union products and promotions
• Supporting branch operations with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Following credit union procedures and financial regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, positive, member‐focused attitude
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
• Comfort with computers and basic financial transactions
• Previous cash‐handling or customer service experience preferred
• CU Answers or credit union software experience is a plus

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree in business, finance, or related field preferred

Your Job Classification & Schedule: Full‐time, variable schedule, Monday–Saturday (Saturday rotation)

Pay Range: $16.26–$18.80 per hour, based on experience
