Family Law Associate/Senior Associate Attorney
Job Description
We are an award-winning boutique family law firm specializing in complex, high-net-worth divorce and family law matters. We are seeking an experienced family law attorney who is looking for sophisticated work, significant responsibility, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing firm.
Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of California family law experience and be comfortable handling cases with increasing independence. Depending on experience, the attorney may manage their own caseload of complex matters and supervise or mentor junior attorneys and paralegals. We are open to candidates at different levels of seniority and will tailor the role and responsibilities to the right attorney.
Our attorneys work on sophisticated matters involving complex financial issues, business interests, high-value assets, support, custody, and other contested family law issues. We are looking for someone with strong legal judgment, excellent writing and advocacy skills, and the ability to provide thoughtful, strategic counsel to clients navigating difficult and often high-stakes matters.
This position offers significant potential for both professional and financial growth. In addition to a competitive base salary, attorneys are eligible for substantial performance-based bonuses. For attorneys who grow with the firm and take on increasing responsibility, there are also opportunities for income participation and a potential path to partnership.
The position may be remote or in-person, depending on the candidate's preference. Attorneys must reside in the greater Los Angeles area and be available to appear in court as needed in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
Compensation: $200,000–$300,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
We are primarily seeking a full-time attorney but may consider a part-time or alternative arrangement for an exceptional candidate.
Interested candidates should submit a resume and brief cover letter describing their family law experience and what they are looking for in their next position.
