• Collaborate with third-party recruiters and staffing firms to identify talent with experience in administrative roles and strong attention to detail while managing agency performance.

• Negotiate agency terms and fees, maintain preferred vendor relationships, and supervise the external candidate submission process through onboarding.

• Track recruiting results by monitoring source effectiveness, social media performance, staffing metrics, and resource costs, then share insights with leadership on a regular basis.

• Work with marketing to develop employer branding materials and represent the organization at local, regional, and national career events to attract applicants with relevant experience.

• Ensure recruitment practices follow applicable federal and state employment requirements and maintain accurate documentation throughout the recruitment process.

• Review candidate assessment tools, including predictive index results and related evaluations, to support hiring managers in making informed selection decisions.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate or agency-supported environment.
• Strong background in candidate sourcing, including job boards, social media, networking, and recruiting events.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment activity while maintaining organization and responsiveness.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting workflow management.
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics such as cost per placement, offer acceptance rates, and source performance.
• Experience working with external staffing vendors, including fee negotiation and relationship management.
• Strong communication and partnership skills for collaborating with HR, hiring managers, educational institutions, and external recruiting contacts.
