Job Description:

Start: ASAP - Can start within 30-60 days.

Requirement: Must be BC or BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. General Practitioners feel free to apply.

Procedures: Typical primary care duties. Some chat hours may be assigned

PPD: 17 patients per day average.

Patient population: Average patient is 40 years old.

Support Staff: MA on site & full office staff

Schedule: 9am-6pm - One hour lunch

Credentialing: Can be completed in 30 days or less
