Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our HR team in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will enable you to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, preparing job postings, and maintaining applicant tracking records

  • Coordinate employee relations activities, such as employee engagement initiatives, staff recognition programs, and conflict resolution

  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits programs

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases

  • Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and management

  • Provide support to management with employee performance management, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions

  • Participate in special projects and other initiatives as assigned by the HR team

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications
