Certified Medical Assistant Receptionist
Job Summary:
Enlife Mind + Body is seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant Receptionist to join our team in Goodyear, Arizona. As a vital member of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our nurses and patients. Responsibilities:
• Greet patients, families, and visitors, and provide a positive and courteous environment
• Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and phone calls in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files
• Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and other clinical tasks as needed
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and filing reports
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients, families, and visitors
Requirements:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Current BLS certification is required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a related healthcare role
Must possess a CCMA, CMA, or RNA certification.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
