Customer Service Coord.
Job Description
Specific responsibilities include:
Administrative Associate
- Assist Customer Service manager or any other manager as needed
- Back up CSR’s as needed
- Filing and other clerical tasks related to spare parts orders
- Re stocking office supplies as needed
- Creating new customer job folders and document boxes
- Run reports as requested
- Provide reception coverage daily for lunch breaks and as needed
- Receptionist back-up
Reception
- Greeting guests, visitors or potential candidates
- Answering calls and routing appropriately
- Distributing mail appropriately (opening if necessary)
- Distribution of incoming faxes
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Able to use necessary office equipment to perform job (copier, fax, computer, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other computer programs associated with the business
- Experience working with multiple leaders and multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience meeting deadlines and prioritizing workload

Supervisory Responsibility - NONE
Work Environment - this job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work - this is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel – on occasions for trainings held outside of the office or to participate in company sponsored event
Additional Eligibility Qualifications - must pass a background check and drug test
