Summary of the Role
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will be the primary point of contact for our facility, setting the tone for our residents' and families' experiences. You will also be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail, processing medication and other forms, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
• Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other forms
• Maintain accurate records and update resident information as needed
• Provide administrative support to the nursing staff and other departments as needed
