Houseman

We are currently seeking a Houseman/Houseperson.

Please note that a background check is required and we request that applicants.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide outstanding service to all guests at each encounter
• Clean all public spaces of property to meet the expectations of our guests, to include but not limited to pool, exercise room, lobby, public restrooms, stairwells.
• Clean and maintain exterior entrances of building including windows and doors
• Vacuum lobby spaces
• Remove trash and recycling and dispose of properly
• Assist housekeeper with removing dirty linen and trash and preparing rooms for cleaning
• Ensure any defective items are reported to Engineering in a timely fashion
• Complete projects as assigned during down time, to include operation of all guestroom care machines

Must be able to lift up to 30#. Must be able to Stand 8 hours. Active position 90% of shift. Flexible schedule to include weekends and holiday
