COMPANY OVERVIEW Delta-T Group’s mission is to provide cost-effective, reliable referrals, and innovative referral solutions, for the social services, behavioral health, allied health and special education fields, for the betterment of independent behavioral health professionals seeking new opportunities and those needing care and support.Our Client is seeking a motivated professional to work as a Direct Support Professional in the Newark, Bear, New Castle, and Wilmington areas.SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY* Provide supportive services for children receiving Transitional Living Services in various locations including residential shelters, detention, day/community services or the child's home* Fill in as assigned for any aide-level position in Residential services* Document all activities specific to shift or service activity* Ensure compliance with safe work practices and maintain safe environment in compliance with established agency standards, licensing regulations, and generally accepted practicesCLIENT'S HOURS* Monday-Friday from 8:00am-3:00pmCLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent * Willingness and ability to provide direct care and supportive services as needed* Valid Driver's License * CPR/First Aid Certification* MANDT (preferred)* LLAM Certified (preferred)* Crisis Prevention Institute Certification (preferred)DTG ADVANTAGES* Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health* Increase or decrease your schedule at your discretion: choose opportunities that best fit your schedule.* Compensation processed weekly* Access to a broad array of client opportunities* Ability to grow professionally
