What You’ll Do
- Greet customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine interest in their needs
- Guide buyers through the full sales process — discovery, product presentation, test drives, and closing
- Maintain consistent followup with leads, past customers, and unsold opportunities
- Communicate clearly and transparently about pricing, features, financing options, and inventory
- Stay knowledgeable on product lines, incentives, and competitive advantages
- Work closely with management and F&I to ensure smooth, efficient deal flow
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales goals with consistency and integrity

- Experience in automotive sales is preferred, but strong sales or customerfacing backgrounds are also welcome
