Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
• Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
• Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
• Sign‑On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).

The Route & Equipment

• Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes serving the Eastern U.S. (east of I-35).

• Premium Trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth models; strict no slip‑seating policy.
• Driver Comfort: Tractors equipped with APUs, 1500‑watt inverters, and factory refrigerators.

Qualifications & Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).
• Records: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and active DOT Medical Card.
• Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor‑trailer experience.
• Experience — Trainees (Entry‑Level Route): Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to 6 weeks of paid on‑the‑job training with a dedicated mentor is provided, plus full tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
