Pay: $23–$25/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: Approximately 4:00/430 AM – 3:30/4:00 PM
Friday: Overtime as needed

We are seeking a Production Lead to oversee daily operations for a growing manufacturing production line. This role will provide hands-on leadership, support production employees, improve workflow, and ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate is a proactive manufacturing lead who enjoys working directly with employees, solving problems on the production floor, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily production activities and ensure the manufacturing line is organized and prepared for operations.
- Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and support to production team members.
- Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce production delays.
- Troubleshoot issues impacting safety, quality, and productivity.
- Support production scheduling, daily priorities, and workflow coordination.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization and lean manufacturing practices.
- Assist with employee training, development, and performance improvement.
- Promote a culture focused on quality, accountability, teamwork, and safety.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience with fiberglass manufacturing, composite materials, or similar fabrication processes preferred.
- Knowledge of fiberglass lay-up, finishing, coatings, painting, or related production processes.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, process improvement, or operational efficiency initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a hands-on role and lead from the production floor.
- Comfortable making decisions and addressing challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish or Vietnamese) are strongly preferred.
