• You'll listen, educate and recommend solutions.
• You will build long-term relationships, while having fun and growing your skills.
• Assist current customers as they navigate life's changes and provide proper protection for their family.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Computer skills - heavy reliance on navigating State Farm's systems - We will teach you!
• A motivated Self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do
• Comfortable talking to people and building trust
• Goal-oriented, optimistic, and coachable
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience is great...But attitude and work ethic matter the most
