Part Time - Monday - Friday

What you'll do:

  • Answers phones in a professional and timely manner
  • Directs calls to appropriate departments and takes messages as needed
  • Greets visitors warmly and assists with questions and facility tours
  • Provides directions and general information to guests, residents, and vendors
  • Sorts and distributes incoming mail to staff and residents
  • Maintains a clean, organized front desk/work area
  • Assists department heads with administrative tasks as requested
  • Schedules medical and follow-up appointments and updates tracking systems
  • Follows infection control policies and facility procedures
  • Performs additional duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Basic phone and computer skills required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • General office experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull 25-50 lbs. unassisted
  • Exposure to body fluids and communicable diseases
  • Adequate vision and hearing (with or without assistive devices) to perform duties
  • Meets facility health requirements as outlined in policy
