  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Production to coordinate prototype builds, engineering changes (ECOs), and new product introductions into the schedule
  • Analyze capacity and load across work centers; recommend scheduling adjustments, overtime, or resource shifts to balance demand
  • Communicate order status, schedule changes, and delivery projections to Sales, Program Management, and Customer Service
  • Maintain accurate inventory records; support cycle counts and physical inventories, and investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and publish production control reports and KPIs, including on-time delivery, schedule adherence, WIP aging, and shortage status
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning, scheduling, and shop floor execution
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality system requirements, and applicable export control regulations (ITAR/EAR)
  • Other duties and special projects, as assigned
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in production control, production planning, or scheduling within a manufacturing environment; electronics manufacturing strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems required; experience with Oracle NetSuite a plus
  • Experience in a high-mix, low-volume production environment preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Production teams
  • Bias for action; proactive in identifying and resolving issues before they impact the schedule
  • APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM) a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field preferred
  • To conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government
